                                         3 WAYS TO STOP YOUR INTERNET ADDICTION


   Nowadays technology is developed a lot.That can lead either to good results or to bad results.The good ones are that our life has become easier and more convenient.The bad ones are that many people and especially teens cannot control it and they end up having an addiction on internet.50% of the teens admitted that they feel addicted on their phones.They spend hours and hours on their phones and that leads to a lot of problems.Most of them avoid and skip more important things, such as studying or hanging out with their friends just to stay on their phones.Many of these addicted people want to stop their addiction.Some of them achieve it but,the majority of them does not.So,in this blog I will refer to 3 ways that I think that someone can use to stop his addiction on internet. 




Firstly,I will begin with a very easy and simple advice.If you are addicted to something that harms you and and you can't stop it,you can get "addicted" to something else that is healthier and better for you.You can start doing sports,gym or workout.You can hangout with your close friends.Spending more time outside will help you a lot.Being outside and having a busy routine will leave you with little free time that you shouldn't spend on internet.Also,when you are outside you forget that you want to surf on internet.If you are at home and just relaxing,it's sure that you will use your phone.So,spend a lot of time to do other things such as sports and workout.


My second advice is, set some limits by your own or let others to set them.You can also program your day.For example,you can say that you will spend 30 minutes of your day to surf on internet and play on your phone.Setting limits is good and programming your day.Like that,you can have more free time to do such as sports and workout.

The third and final advice is, ask help from a professional.Doing things by yourself is not always good.You can ask help from a psychologist,a doctor or from a guy that knows how to stop your addiction.You can ask your friends,search on internet or better ask some advice from a guy that you know, that had an internet addiction and he managed to get rid of it.Taking advice from experts, or people with a lot of experience,will be helpful for you.It can help you to begin the effort to stop your addiction.

To sum up,you can stop your internet addiction in many ways.Some of them are do sports, set limits and ask help from an expert.If you follow them and stop your addiction, that will make you feel happier and more energetic.I hope that my advice helped.Good luck!
